The data controller is Mongi Daoudi (77 Rue Surac, Dar Guddari, Kenitra 16010, Maroc), on a provisional basis pending the takeover of the activity by Zenthoria LLC. For any question about your data, contact mydogcrafty@gmail.com.

Account data: name, email address, password (encrypted) or Google identifier if signing in via Google OAuth.

Service usage data: topics and scripts entered, generated videos, generation history, dashboard usage statistics.

Payment data: handled directly by our processor Stripe; Velior AI never stores your card number.

Third-party Platform connection data: if you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube account for auto-publishing, we store an access token allowing us to publish on your behalf, along with your public account identifiers on those platforms.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, application error logs (via our monitoring tool), for security and Service reliability purposes.

Providing the Service (account creation, video generation and management, auto-publishing): performance of the contract with you.

Billing and subscription management: performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations.

Security, fraud prevention, and Service improvement: the Publisher's legitimate interest.

Marketing communications (if any): consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your data may be shared with the following technical providers, strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Service: Anthropic (AI script generation), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Cloudflare (video file storage), Neon (database hosting, European Union), Upstash (queue and technical cache), Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional emails), Sentry (application error monitoring), and Vercel (application hosting).

When you enable auto-publishing, your Content is transmitted to the relevant Third-party Platforms (TikTok, Meta/Instagram, Google/YouTube) according to the permissions you grant.

These providers use your data solely to perform the services entrusted to them and are contractually bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Some subprocessors listed above are located outside the European Union (in particular, the United States). These transfers are governed by the appropriate safeguards provided under applicable regulations, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, where the recipient country is not covered by an adequacy decision.

Account data is kept for as long as you use the Service, then for a limited period after account deletion to meet any legal (notably accounting) obligations, before final deletion or anonymization.

Generated videos are kept while your account is active or until you delete them manually; they may be automatically deleted after a prolonged period of inactivity, with prior notice where technically possible.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect your data (password encryption, HTTPS-encrypted connections, database access controls). As no system is infallible, you are advised to choose a strong password and never share it with third parties.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (notably the General Data Protection Regulation for European Union residents), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of, and port your data, as well as the right to set directives regarding its fate after your death.
