Terms of Service
Last updated : August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Velior AI service (the "Service"), published under the conditions set out in the Legal Notice (the "Publisher").
1. Purpose
Velior AI is an online service that automatically generates short videos for social media (script, AI voice, video assembly) and, depending on the plan subscribed, can automatically publish them to third-party platforms and analyze their performance.
Access to the Service is subject to unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Creating an account constitutes full acceptance.
2. Definitions
"User" means any person who creates an account and uses the Service.
"Content" means any script, audio file, or video generated through the Service, as well as any material provided by the User (topic, instructions, images).
"Third-party Platforms" means social networks (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and others) to which the User may connect their Velior AI account to publish Content.
3. Account creation
The User must provide accurate information when registering (email, password, or Google account) and is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
The Service is reserved for adults or persons with legal capacity to contract, or minors with the authorization of their legal guardian.
The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these Terms, fraud, or suspected fraudulent use.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
Velior AI offers three plans: Free (5 videos/month), Pro (€49/month, 100 videos/month, auto-publish, full analytics) and Scale (€99/month, unlimited videos, AI analytics). Full plan details are available on the Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, through our payment processor Stripe. Payment is automatically charged on the renewal date until cancelled by the User.
The User may cancel their subscription at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund unless required by mandatory law.
The Publisher reserves the right to change pricing, with reasonable notice given by email or in-app before it applies to existing subscriptions.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under regulations applicable to distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, by subscribing to a paid plan and requesting immediate access to the Service (video generation starting right after subscription), the consumer User expressly acknowledges requesting immediate performance of the Service and waives their right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in line with exceptions applicable to digital content not supplied on a physical medium.
6. Acceptable use
The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law and not to generate, publish, or distribute through Velior AI any Content that is: illegal, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing on third-party rights (copyright, image, privacy), constituting disinformation, or intended to impersonate a third party.
When the User connects an account on a Third-party Platform to publish Content, they also agree to comply with that platform's own terms of use. The Publisher is not a party to the contractual relationship between the User and these third-party platforms and cannot be held responsible for any suspension, content removal, or penalty imposed by them.
Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, without prejudice to any further legal action.
7. Intellectual property and generated content
Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment in full of amounts due, the User holds the exploitation rights to videos, scripts, and audio files generated from their own input through the Service, for personal or commercial purposes.
This grant is subject to the rights of third-party providers of underlying technologies (text generation, voice synthesis) and their own terms of use, which may impose usage restrictions (in particular, prohibiting deceptive content, non-consensual deepfakes, or impersonation).
The User warrants that they hold all necessary rights over the material they provide as input to the Service (text, topics, images) and indemnifies the Publisher against any related third-party claim.
8. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Publisher makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Service's availability and proper functioning but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particularly in case of maintenance, third-party provider outages (hosting, AI, voice synthesis, publishing platforms), or force majeure.
The Publisher makes no guarantee regarding the performance, virality, or audience of published Content. The Publisher's liability, if established, is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid by the User over the preceding twelve months.
9. Termination
The User may delete their account at any time from account settings. The Publisher may terminate or suspend access to the Service in case of a serious breach of these Terms, after formal notice has remained unaddressed where the nature of the breach allows for it.
10. Personal data
The processing of Users' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
The Publisher may amend these Terms at any time. Any material change will be communicated to Users by email or in-app notification before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
For consumer Users residing in France or the European Union, these Terms are, on a default basis, governed by French law, without depriving such Users of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. In the event of a dispute, consumer Users may resort to a consumer mediation procedure before taking legal action.
The international nature of the activity (Publisher currently based outside France, with a planned takeover by a foreign company) means that the definitive legal framework will be clarified, and revised if necessary, upon incorporation of Zenthoria LLC.
